About

Barking & Dagenham Council for Voluntary Service (BDCVS) is an umbrella organisation for the voluntary and community sector, faith groups, and social enterprises, in the borough. BDCVS offers a wide range of support to local groups and community activists.

We provide training and one-to-one development support to help groups raise funds and manage their organisations effectively.

We represent and advocate for the voluntary and community sector and work with other local agencies to promote better community engagement and improve services for local residents.
