Arts and Minds is a small charity which uses the arts to support the positive mental health of individuals and communities.

We offer a range of creative programmes across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

Our programmes include:

Michaelhouse Singers - a weekly drop-in choir for people experiencing mental health challenges, their family, friends and carers (Cambridge City)

Pottery - a weekly programme for people living with dementia and / or other neurological conditions, and their carers. It provides the opportunity to socialise and experiment with clay. (Cambridge)

Creative Cafe - a drop-in for everyone to enjoy coffee, conversation and creativity. (Cambridge City, Ely and St Ives).

Art Adventure - explore Cambridge Museums, and create together with other people. and build a community. Participant designed and led, you can engage creatively in any way you like, together with others in an unfacilitated space, then come together to share conversation over a cuppa afterwards.
