Service details
Gateway centre:
· Open access day centre, operating from 9am to 4pm on weekdays (with an early bird breakfast on Mondays and Wednesdays)
· People that are either experiencing homelessness or at risk of experiencing homelessness can have a shower, food, use the phone, computer or wifi, do their Laundry or check their post.
· Caseworkers to support people with ID, benefits claims, searching for housing, social integration and referrals to specialist agencies.

Housing Employment and Advice Team (HEAT):
· Advice workers providing 1:1 support with benefits, housing, employment and training,
· Group sessions on employment, IT and ESOL
· Co-located partners including DWP, CAB, Clean Slate (money management) and CGL (substance misuse).

Opening times
The Gateway is open on Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Open 9am – 12pm for people who are sleeping rough
Open 10.30am – 12pm for people who need housing advice
