The team at Kew work incredibly hard and are always busy. This pharmacy is used by the whole community. They offer reliability and great service. When issues arise, they help solve them and give good advice. I've been using them for over 10 years and will continue to do so. When I had an issue with my repeat prescription, they gave me step by step instructions on how to resolve the problem quickly which took away a lot of stress for me.

Tried getting through to the pharmacy since 12pm it’s not 4:47pm with no success. It’s an emergency which has been stressful with no means to contact them.

My 18 month old son had persistent fevers, and after a whole day of waiting (it was really busy for the NHS that weekend) we ended up being seen by the out of hours GP and prescribed antibiotics at 9:47pm at night. We were told if we couldn't get the medicine that night we'd have to take him to hospital. We rang Kew Pharmacy and the wonderful pharmacist immediately dispensed the antibiotics and also stayed open a couple of extra minutes past 10pm closing to make sure we got them in time. We are so grateful for the dedication you have to your patients at Kew Pharmacy and for how kindly you handled this. You are a credit to your profession.

Spent over an hour trying to get through on the phone regarding an important prescription and they just didn't answer...
