When you're housebound and have your meds on automatic renewal for delivery from the pharmacy and things are missing it is impossible to get through to them to report short orders. Tried for over 5 hours yesterday to get through but never anwered just cuts off. It's now after 5.30pm on a Friday and they dont open on a Saturday....hopeless service....apart from the delivery drivers who are very good.

Phones never answered - tried for hours, when get through told all batteries were flat and might get cut off

Turned up for my precooked jab to be told very curtly the pharmacist was only doing flu jabs. No apologies given or explanation. Very rude service. Another customer commented she hated going there. As we left other customers were being turned away
