    After an emergency admission, the following day I was discharged at 10.30am & told to wait for my prescription- at 4pm my transport arrived & no prescription by 5pm the excuses stared “it will be here by 6pm, be patient it’s a small pharmacy servicing a large hospital” by 7pm more excuses by 9pm I was told they somehow messed up my prescription & I would have to stay another night to get the medication I needed by almost 10pm I needs to get home as my pet sitter had left late afternoon & my only transportation had been waiting 5hrs & I had waited 10hrs for a prescription that never arrived!

  2. Review titled Terrible Service

    I am 80 years old and unable to walk due to hip pain. I had an Xray 2 weeks ago and I still have not seen a doctor / spoken to a doctor about my results. The receptionist just say it hasn't been looked at yet. I have tried to call the practice manager but just get an engaged tone. The service I have received is not acceptable. What are your service leval agreements to the patient? You clearly are not meeting them
