Review titled 111 Terrible Call Back Time (5am)

Rang 111, which is forwarded to this practice at around midday. Didn't get a callback all day. Woke up the next morning to all 3 missed calls attempted at 5am! What ill person trying to get sleep through a difficult night is awake at 5am for all 3 call backs? Have to restart the process again if I want an assessment, but I may as well live with the issue and pain and go to my GPs Monday!
