I attended the centre as I was fast tracked for an endoscopy. The staff were kind and polite from the very first phone call. I had a short wait for my procedure but this was understandable because the centre was very busy. Once I was seen the nurses and the consultant were excellent. I was rather nervous but everybody I met explained everything well in a reassuring way. The procedure went well and I was even given tea and biscuits in recovery. Thank you for helping with my nerves and treating me with such skill, care and respect.

Had a small plastic surgery procedure that has been waiting to be carried out by my GP or hospital for two years. This morning the procedure was explained by the surgeon before being carried out and all was completed in 45min with excellent efficiency. Thank you to all staff involved.

It may have the shortest queue for ENT but they lose you in the system then are completely unable to return your calls when they promise they will. 5 months, no follow up appointment issued and nobody has returned my 3 phone calls. Would have been better waiting longer for an appointment elsewhere. I may have been seen by now.

Went along with my son for his appointment. The appointments he had were all on time and fantastic consultants and support staff who were very thorough and explained everything very well and down to earth!
