   Went for ECG. Clinic is a depressing building. Shabby and falling to bits. Receptionist looked like she'd rather be anywhere else but there. Not kept informed on process when a phone call was made to the consultant to see if I could leave. No one would tell me what was going on. Asked if I could take a photo of my results and staff got very defensive. Not the greatest of experiences. I recently had a minor op on the NHS and couldn't fault them so I suppose it's pot luck
