Staff at SpaMedica were both friendly and efficient on arrival for my cataract treatment. I was kept fully advised and reassured every step of the way and the procedure was carried out within a couple of days of my pre-assessment! Would recommend SpaMedica to anyone needing thier cataracts done.

I have had a cataract removed on my left and right eye this year at Spa Medica Swansea. The staff, nurses, consultants, and everyone I came in contact with we amazing. I was very anxious going for the first cataract, but having been put at ease by all the staff with their kindness and caring ways, I was less worried going for the second procedure. I can't express how much attention I received, and so grateful with the results of the procedure. And the information ℹ was given about after care, and if I had any problems how to get in touch with the hospital Thank You

From the first moment you step inside the doors,you are greeted by two very pleasant gentleman. They escort you to the waiting room offer you a drink (tea or coffee) Then the nurse's talk to you ,explain everything to you about your treatment ( in a way you understand) The overall experience was much better than I thought it would be.

From my first contact with Spar I felt at easy then due to some unforseen health problems they were able to defer my assessment till the time was right for me. I was then seen and decided to wait another month contact was then made a date given for op on the day everything was explained and i felt at ease .would highly recommend them

I cannot fault the service I had. I originally asked for an nhs hospital and received no reply after weeks. Was advise to try spa medical and had an appointment within 1 week and the procedure immediately.

I was referred to the Worcester clinic where I was treated with every kindness and care from start to finish. Everyone was cheerful and caring from the receptionists up. I have since been able to encourage others I know to attend without any worries.

Really excellent practice. Very efficient. Staff extremely good, friendly and helpful. Unable to fault them. Transport excellent with friendly helpful drivers. Only slight complaint was confusion as to where pickup was in Heath Hospital, Cardiff.
