    I really avoid phgc Doctors as much as possible. The few times I have been their, I have felt like a nuisance, even though I have created no burden for the clinic. I am not sure if I am meant to be called in from time to time. Being a 70 year old male, I thought a prostate check might be opportune but I have never been called in. Is one meant to wait for a medical emergency? I once met a Dr at the clinic for 15 mns some 18 months ago. Perhaps all NHS clinics operate like this, luckily I have little experience. From my few encounters at phgc clinic, my opinion is: Dismal. Sincerely, Marco Calzavara

    I am facing difficulties in getting appointments. Each time I have been referred to different clinicians at different clinics. Finding it hard to travel long distance. For routine appointments, no slots are available to discuss with the receptionist regarding the convenient timings. Always, I have been sent with the online form to fill and I have to stick with the timings which they provide. I am not convinced with this change. Can you please revert back to the normal process where we used to request the receptionist for call back service and book appointment or allow us to book regular appointment via online. Thanks

    A nurse in A& E Ria (Northwick park ) went above and beyond for me, whilst I was in a dark time & attended A& e during a mental health crisis. She showed the 6 cs and really went above and beyond. I felt safe.

    I first need to underline I am an elderly pensioner of 76 years old. I was referred to Provide by my GP for spirometry tests in Chelmsford because I developed respiratory problems. I phoned them asking if I could park and was told there is free parking, I assumed they must have an agreement with the private parking. The clinic had no receptionist, there was a notice to sign into a screen but no screen to sign on. There was nobody there. So I ventures looking for somebody, found a person who probably was in her lunch time who told me to wait. I was early so sat 20mn waiting. That person I previously spoken to, asked me to stepped into a room. She spent a great deal amount of time fiddling with the machine that was not connecting to the portable then the tests had to be done many times. 2 days later received a ticket for overdoing my stay. I then phoned and emailed provide asking if they had an agreement with the private parking. Was told somebody would call me back, 2 weeks on I had to pay the fine as I was 1 day for been passed onto the debt collectors. Was previously told I would get my tests results within 2 weeks, nothing received. They started then contacted me by phone after I paid the fine, refusing to write down what they have to say. I encountered problems with provide previously when I was referred to them for feeling isolated. One wonders how much we are paying for them and what are their role? Are they a quango company created by Essex Council?

    My experience with this practice in may 2024 was absolutely amazing , all admin staff went above and beyond to satisfy me as a patient as did the clinical staff as well i would recommend this practice to everyone

    Doctor and nurses were very kind, focus and give us proper guidance in steps to take with referals, medicine, diet and all related with health issues in order to get better health and to make life easier every day... We Are So Grateful...

    My first face-to-face appointment was challenging I am originating from another county, came to the UK 2 years ago, never visited any of local medical centers before After registering with a GP (the whole process took 7 days) I made an appointment (10.00) and received text confirmation I came to medical center 5 mins ahead of the appointment (as advised in the text confirmation) and waited 40 mins, nothing happened As appeared was supposed to check-in with CS managers after coming to confirm my appointment CS team tried to phone me at 10.01, but my phone was on mute from 09.50 when I entered medical center Fortunately CS team and my GP made and exception and excepted me (much appreciated), but this was a real sprint for all of us Please consider adding the note about check-in on site to your text confirmations
