The person who gave the help was both knowledgeable and a very good communicator she dealt with our concerns and made recommendations for the way forward Much better service than from the ophthalmology triage department at York hospital

The problems with my eyes were professionally dealt with in a friendly and effective manner. The use of technology to send photographs securely and confidentially made the consultation efficient without compromise to quality of care.

This is the first time using this service and it was simply amazing! So supportive, really attentive and the eye specialist was so supportive, really understanding the context and what the possibilities may be … in terms of the issues my child has with her eyes. I was given lots of options on how to go about it and what I could do further to beat support my daughter. Incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this amazing service! Thank you!

Contacted them this morning, had a call from a clinician within 3 hours and a plan was arranged. Waiting for an appointment to have my eyes checked now.

Highly recommend professional empathetic to my mental illnesses and very reassuring . They were sensitive to my anxiety over the phone and they were very warm and caring and explained everything simply and repeated any thing I needed to understand properly what I required to make my eye better
