nigh impossible to get an appointment - no schedule appointments left in march i phoned on the 13th ! "come down at 8 0'clock" i will be looking to change doctors as no confidence in pc24. some months ago i requested some paperwork from them and called in to collect they handed it over without asking for i.d. then when i checked they had given me another patients notes ! what happened to patient confidentiality ? no wonder a&e depts. are overun

Awful Needs some expert advice to take themselves and look into what care actually means . There's a hub apparently supposedly answering calls from 5 surgeries at a time your on wait for hour and 20 min with no answer and 3rd in queue. This is definitely not what NHS is about this was a bought tender by this abysmal company who obviously haven't had any clue

My experience with pc24 was really poor care they haven't got a clue the nhs used to have standards pc24 are definitely not a care system
