    Got a call from them and called back. I was caller number two. A lady answered and I told her I received a call and was calling back. I heard two keypad beeps and the caller hung up. How unprofessional. Plus how did they get my number? I’m not registered with them as my GP.

    Impossible to speak to as waiting over 30 minutes when I'm on caller number two! When they did finally answer- really unhelpful when I enquired if there were any cancellation appointments in order to bring my appointment forward. Without even asking for any details to check which clinic, the gentleman responded they're aren't any cancellations. I said you haven't even asked which clinic nor which doctor and he responded the same again! It's so frustrating when people don't know how to do their jobs and lack any customer care! Terrible servide to start off with, I'm now dreading wherther this place is even competent for my appointment. So I immediately called my normal GP practise to complain and waiting to hear from them.
