   Phoned me a few times but never left a message. I've never heard of them before, no-one informed me they were phoning and I have no idea what they want. Had to look them up the phone number on the internet to find out who they were. I have told NHS my preferred method of contact is email or SMS message due to a lung condition which can make it difficult for me to speak. So what contact method does this group use? - speech! One hand does not know what the other hand is doing.m
