One health group are a group of medical expertise with care, from phone calls with the practice secretaries,who are so kind and thoughtful, to the highest, highly skilled surgeons. My experience of every staff member can't be praised enough. My physios in and out of hospital, the facilities at the hospital, food too. Literally every aspect that I came across during my experience (back surgery) was the best . Thank you to all involved pre and post surgery as I continue in your care . One Health Group I highly recommend you .

Just wanted to post a positive and encouraging post for people awaiting Microdiscectomy surgery: I had my l4/5 microdisectomy surgery yesterday morning at The Huddersfield Hospital under an amazing surgeon. The Hospital and all the staff were amazing. My surgeon is a miracle worker! I was home lastnight resting and recovering (discharged same day at 7.30pm) Since March 2023 my left leg has caused me no end of issues (severe pain and numbness mainly) and since January this year I have not been able to straighten up whilst sitting or standing (literally housebound if not using a mobility scooter or wheelchair) I woke from surgery and within a few hours I was able to sit and then walk upright. My left leg has regained sensation and does not feel painful. I honestly did not believe that symptoms would be relieved instantly as others had suggested! I am now resting and following all post-op advice and guidance to ensure my recovery goes smoothly and I regain full strength at the recommended pace. I literally have nothing negative to report from my experience.

Everything about this appointment was excellent from speaking to the receptionist to the consultation. The consultant didn't rush and took time to explain my condition and the options that were available to me. I felt valued and cared for, and came away feeling so much better due to the amount of timeI was given.

Really welcome me when i arrive for my operation, explain everything about what was going to happen, all very polite and pleasant, meals were very good, allways checking on me, made me feel at ease, every one was fantastic from avring to leaving.

I recently had a full right hip replacement through One Health Sheffield at Thornbury Hospital. The surgery was successful and I am now well on the way to a speedy and full recovery. The admin process was excellent. It was easy, well organised and efficient by One Health and everything went to plan and schedule. The surgery and immediate post operation care at Thornbury Hospital was also excellent. Many thanks to my consultant, the theatre team and the ward nursing staff for excellent care during my overnight stay in Thornbury Hospital. Your skill, dedication and patient care is much appreciated. I only wish public awareness is improved and increased as the patient care route via One Health is an effective way of reducing the burden and waiting times at hard pressed NHS hospitals who have to fit in routine surgery alongside the acute and emergency treatment they provide for the public. Patients via the One Health route currently get access to excellent care but also currently experience shorter waiting times for routine surgery and treatment.

Medical procedures are best judged soon after procedures and much later when things have settled down. Within a week of my op I had far more movement and strength in my shoulder. Now six months later everything is even better. My consultant came highly recommended and his status as an expert in his field is well deserved. My whole lifestyle has greatly improved since treatment.
