Used to be good but my last 3 appointment's have been delayed for nearly 2 hours then cancelled,can't get a GP appointment at surgery now can't get a doctor on livi nhs is going from bad to impossible.

Booked an appointment because of my ongoing struggles with my hyper mobility and currently really struggling to go to my gp surgery.. 3 appointments I had this week and all cancelled because of “overrun of appointments”. Extremely angry and disappointed.

I had an 11:00am appointment today. Its currently 11:43 and all the app says is "sorry for the delay, no GP assigned". As an autistic person it's really distressing to have this happen. I am understanding of delays to degree but being left in limbo is frustrating to say the least. This appointment was important to me. I don't think I'll be using the app again.

I made an appointment at my surgery....little did I know I would be getting a call from Livi. She said I had spoken to a paramedic....nope my surgery. Nice Doctor but pointless as could not help me, tried to get me to have anti depressants, how can someone who does not know me offer me these. Gave me something and told me to contact my surgery in 2 weeks.....Terrible Service. What do our actual GP's do anymore at our surgeries

Appointment did not go head when allocated, second cancelled by their system, third occasion GP said I should have been informed to supply photos before appointment. Photos sent but at following appointment a week later I was informed they had not been attached to my file, so they would have to make enquiries to find out why they had not been added. I was told there would be no point arranging a further appointment until the photos could be seen. So no further forward three weeks later, which will now lead to a delay of at least another week.

I don't know whether I can edit earlier reviews, so I am making a new one. After I wrote to Livi about being 'dna' an hour early, I did get another call at my appointment time so had my appointment after all. I don't know whether this second call attempt was always intended and the appointment was just cancelled in error, or if it's just because I wrote and asked for the appointment to be reinstated, but I am grateful either way. I have had really good experiences with Livi in the past and found that the doctors do take more time with me compared to a normal gp appointment so I was a bit rash to leave a 1 star review but I was really stressed- sorry! Over all, ignoring the stress from this mix up, I do prefer Livi doctors to my usual gp for most things. Thank you :)

I had an appointment booked for 09:15. The gp tried calling me around 08:20 but the call wouldn't go through because I hadn't allowed location access (what difference does that make??) I opened the app notification to answer the call, but by the time the app opened the call was gone. I got a text a couple of minutes later to say I'd missed my appointment and would have to rebook. My appointment should not be cancelled if you are calling one hour early without warning and I miss it!! I work for a healthcare provider and not only do we warn our patients that we can call an hour early but if they don't answer early, we try them again at their booked appointment time. You cannot 'dna' patients before their appointment time without warning!! I now have to wait until next week to try to book another suitable appointment. Would not recommend at all.
