I was in the waiting room for an hour an after my appointment time. There were alot of people & children already waiting for along time aswell as people coming in all the time. The check in pad was not working properly which put extra pressure on reception.

I had a very good experience with a Minor illnesses healthcare professional who examined my child. The visit was very thorough and everything was explained in details. I received a good advice and a prescription that helped immensely with the ailment. I truly recommend this practice.

I went because I was feeling very bad . The receptionist there were very helpful when I saw the doctor she was great. She done everything I moved here six months ago and this is the first time I’m happy with the Gp .🙏🙏🙏

I was surprised to get an appointment on the same day I called. I chose the call back option, which was very convenient for me. Saw a doctor and she helped me. I was very pleased

I didn't have to wait. The Dr was friendly and straightforward and reassured me after a thorough examination. This new system seems to be pretty sensible in enabling minor issues to be dealt with promptly and efficiently.

No Appointments at GP for chest condition but told a chest and cold clinic at the medical centre by the library in Potters Bar later that day , was seen straight way as I was only one there , the doctor was lovely , 10 minutes later picked up antibiotics at my pharmacy.

I was given an appointment within an hour of calling111 l found Dr very professional and such a charming man.He examined me and l got a prescription for antibiotics. This for me is a great service.

The doctor I met was very professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable . She made sure I was properly looked after and treated me with a lot of compassion and dignity. I will definitely recommend her to family and friends

Quite difficult to get an appointment with a GP and the check in system wasn’t working so had to wait to be checked in but the experience with the GP was excellent
