From the moment of walking into the clinic & being greeted by the receptionist to walking out was an extremely lovely experience. So clean & tidy & all the staff are friendly. I was very anxious about my appointment but was made to feel at ease straight away & the support from the 2 ladies in the MRI unit was wonderful. Thank you all so much

I needed an ultrasound on my hand, I arrived early and was seen well before my appointment time, all the staff were very helpful and friendly and the man who carried out my ultrasound was extremely knowledgeable & explained all aspects really well.

A great example of the NHS when it works. A very efficient experience from start to finish, the staff were brilliant. I had an MRI scan on my back.

Had a short wait to be seen. The physiotherapist was very well educated and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend using this practice.

The staff were polite and so helpfull and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure in the scanner (am in a wheelchair). I just wished all staff were like this!

Excellent service at Healthshare Norwich - everyone from front desk to radiology were kind, professional and it was all very much on time . Great experience wish it was like this all the time at other places . It just takes a smile and politeness to make a patient feel comfortable

All the facilities of a private hospital but without the cost, my second visit for so specialist ultrasound, free parking, highly professional, clean elegant and spacious facilities, polite friendly staff, on time appointments. Overall an outstanding experience

Clinical staff were brilliant and very warm. I never received my confirmation email which would’ve included my fasting instructions. Luckily I called in the morning, but it threw a spanner in my day. However, it’s a human error and overall everyone were lovely to chat with, including the person making my appointment :)
