The doctor called me on time, took care to listen to my symptoms and provide clinical advice and issued me with a private prescription. Highly recommend this service.

I booked an appointment just to get a referral letter for health insurance. The appointment with the doctor was very short (a few minutes), as needed to write a simple referral letter. However, the letter came with a mix-up of my details with the case notes for another patient. Details for referral to an Orthopedic surgeon were there, but the letter also included notes about a different patient who is suffering from anxiety and depression. The doctor signed the referral letter without reading it! I have spent hours trying to fix this terrible mistake without success.
