    The person from healthharmonie was incredibly kind and patient with my elderly grandmother and chatting to him during her appointment was a real highlight of her day.

    I have had experience with Health Harmony for Cateracts and my husband has had skin cancer treatment, on each occasion the service has been faultless. My recent Genealogical experience was clinically very good, the appointment came by text and was an hour drive away, if I had no car I could not have attended by public transport. The venue was smart and clean, unfortunately my procedure failed as soon as I returned home. I phoned the Birmingham phone number and had frustrating three days trying to reach someone, the phone system gives no indication of if there is anyone there or where you are in a queue. I eventually was given a further appointment. I then had a clinical problem and tried the phone again after two days I spoke to someone who could not get me a clinician to speak to and suggested I just make my next arranged appointment. At the appointment - which was satisfactory, I discovered my fears could have been relieved if I could have had an information leaflet at my first appointment. I think there could be better information written provided after a procedure, there should definitely be major improvements to the phone system and I wonder why there were no appointments nearer to west Wolverhampton such as Penderford Business Park for Cateracts which was wonderful. Overall I must commend the HH clinical services, they are as good as private service

    I would like to leave a review for today’s ophthalmology appointment . He was so warm, friendly, reassuring and respectful. I would be very happy to be seen by him again in the future.

    Today I visited the Bizspace centre in Shirley for an eye appointment. I have to say the assistant and Dr were absolutely fantastic. I had to attend my appointment alone today which I don’t normally. I felt very anxious until I was greeted by the assistant and her reassuring warm smile. The Dr was also very good and informative of my condition. I am so grateful that I don’t have to attend a hospital for my treatment. Thank you

    Had a scan 2 weeks ago. They said a doctor will call me between 1 and 3 pm today so i have to wait and if i dont answer I will be discharged. They didn't bother calling. I called them and they said it would be 18th December before they can even review the scans. For a serious condition thats ridiculous. Then it will. be after xmas before i can see a doctor. What kind of ridiculous third world servoce is this. And im sure this company is getting paid shed loads by NHS tax payer money. They need to get their act together.

    Great place. The experience was great from checking in with reception to having the consultation and then the procedure. The staff were friendly made me feel comfortable. Would recommend.

    I was referred to HHarmonie through my optician, about 3 years ago. I have since been very well looked after. I was referred for and had eye vitrectomy in both eyes last year. I am so grateful for the wonderful service and aftercare I am getting from HH. The surgery has so changed my quality of life! Thank You So Much!

    My appointment came through quickly, the location within a health centre was ok. I was not impressed by the doctor’s poor communication and interpersonal skills. Despite many years as a linguist, adept at understanding people who speak with strong accents, I struggled to understand much of what was said, as did my husband. I will request a different doctor for the next appointment. In addition, the system was down the day we visited, which is delaying the issuing of the prescription by an indefinite amount of time. Poor, disappointing service on the whole, despite speedy referral.

    I have previously been self funding for my eye care and because of the cost decided to request a referral to the N/H/S for my early stage Glaucoma. I expected the service to be below my private experiences ; how very wrong I was , the service I received was outstanding . The level of information I received relating to my vision far exceeded any that I had previously been given . All the staff at the Greet clinic were extremely pleasant and polite.
