I've been trying to get through for over an hour now, when someone finally answers the phone, they are the most unhelpful person asking me to repeat my name over and over. Two years ago I was referred for an ADHD assessment, after an excruciating two year wait, your service finally saw fit to action my referral and I was diagnosed with a debilitating disorder. Over two weeks has passed since my diagnosis and I am yet to receive treatment or support for my condition. I don't know what makes you think that this is an okay way to treat someone, but frankly, I am appalled.

Booked me in with the wrong specialist when it was clearly stated on the referral - an hour and a half late waiting for the appointment and they could only rebook me in 2 weeks time. Took time off work to attend also.
