   Last week I attended at Cobham Hospital for an endoscopy and I cannot thank the staff enough for what was a very positive appointment. I was so impressed by the cleanliness and organisation of the building, the friendliness and efficiency of the staff and their ability to deal, not just with the mechanics of the procedure, but also the nervousness that I was feeling. Everything was properly and calmly explained and there was a very real sense of being cared for. Whilst waiting, I watched several patients attending for eye surgery and they too were treated kindly and courteously. If only more of these efficient, kindly, small hospitals existed ! thank you, so much, again.
