The ENT doctor who saw me was brilliant. He was patient with my disabilities. Explained what he was going to do, reassuring , explained findings, next steps re further tests.

Appointment on time and consultant efficient and friendly . Premises clean and tidy and receptionist pleasant The only problem was parking. All spaces were taken so I had to park on the road.

Dear Mr Haywood, Thank you for your response to our Patient Feedback, it is always good to hear when a patient has a positive visit to DHC. Regarding the parking issues, we unfortunately don't have total control on the car park as it doesn't belong to the Hospital. We share it with other organisations in the Hospital, as well as the local Church. I am glad you were able to find parking in the local roads nearby and at least we can still offer FREE parking, unlike other Hospitals. Kind Regards Duty Team

Went to Epsom cottage hospital for an ultrasound to investigate possible polyp. Sonographer was very knowledgeable and performed scan with minimal discomfort. Would definitely recommend.

I have had 2 appointments at Dorking Hospital and they were friendly very punctual with the appointment time very nice waiting area and Dr was very helpful and gave me all the information & options that were available to me excellent service

The consultant dermatologist we saw for my son was wonderful! She was incredibly thorough and gave explanations. Relaxed and friendly with great attention, we warmed to her straight away and feel very confident with the procedure going forward.

Taken to long to get results and the lumbar punch took 7 attempts and left me with a back pain still from 10 February and still no further forward on cure to problems. Three-years and getting worse

Dear Mr Goldup We appreciate you taking the time to let us know your thoughts about your procedure at St Georges. We are sorry to hear it took several attempts and left you uncomfortable. It is the nearest main hospital that performs these tests, so unfortunately there isnt a lot of choice for this procedure. Although we received the main results from them quite quickly, there were certain specific results that took much longer to receive here at DHC which was why your follow up telephone call was booked in the next available clinic. I will let your clinician know that you are not very happy with the outcome if that would be acceptable. Please email dhc.dutymanager@nhs.net should you wish me to do this? Kind regards Duty Manager
