    I went for an ultrasound scan at my GP surgery, Hatherton Health Centre. There was a Health Care Assistant and a Sonographer, neither of whom were welcoming or informative. In fact I felt like they were doing me a favour. I came out more worried than when I went in. I've had NHS ultrasound scans before and the Sonographer has always told me their findings. All I was told was I could request my scans (why would that help me?) and a report would go to my GP in 5-7 days. I shall be telling my GP about this when I have my results appointment.

    Had an ultra sound scan done at my local surgery on 28th October 2023. I’m still waiting for the results. Why such a long wait?

    Had an ultrasound scan, little communication from staff and offered no reassuring to myself when I was very worried about the scan and results, told to contact my gp and they couldn't tell me anything. Scan taken place at Lichfield Street.
