The physio guy was very good , he showed great expertise in explaining my problem and what I needed to do to relieve the pain and ultimately cure it .

I had terrible headaches for over 12 months trouble sleeping as the pain was worse when my head touched the pillow. My doctor referred me to Ascenti and on my consultation I was given a body inspection and was given various exercises. I did these religiously as I would have done anything to relieve the pain. I really thought it was going to be a waste of time. How wrong was I . It took almost 3 weeks for the pain to completely disappear and no headaches since.I do the exercises not as often but still do them as I don't want to lie in bed awake with a headache. Who would have thought a trapped nerve in the shoulder could cause so much pain somewhere else in your body. Thank goodness I went to Ascenti I can't thank them enough.

I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. I was spoke to with respect. They explained everything really clear and has helped me understand what I need to do.

I was pleased with the service provided and in the time I had to wait was short Plus giving me exercises I can do at home which have helped

I have Osteo Arthritis & Polymyalgia Rheumatica,which can only be managed with medication..However Cerys the Physiotherapist who I had appointments with was very helpful & helped me with an exercise regime that I could do at home…she was so friendly & easy to talk to.

Really Disappointed. Read all the other reviews and so thought Ascenti would be a great place to get Physio. I booked my appointment about 10/11 days ago and have just received an email, 30 mins before my appointment, saying it’s been cancelled with no reason or other information. So I’m back to square one, still in pain, and having to wait at least another few weeks. (Edit: after finally reaching Ascenti, I’m told this is due to Staff Sickness and so more acceptable) When you book an appointment with Ascenti, you’re invited to download their ‘app’ which is unfortunately, not the best. It doesn’t seem to have any interactive content or even give you the questionnaire you’re supposed to complete pre-appointment….It is just a series of outdated PDFs. I tried to contact the support team about the app not working and, after an initial response to confirm my details, never received an answer or any further comms. My second appointment which was booked after my initial one was also cancelled last minute (this time about 2 hours before). Will definitely not be using Ascenti and highly recommend everyone find another option if you don't want to be kept waiting for weeks and months on end. So frustrating.

Whilst on this occasion I received no treatment, the consultation process was very thorough, and I was referred back to the GP service for additional consultation.
