    I visited urgent care, via 111 appointment. I have a cast on my broken foot and it was really_hurting me. The practitioner listened, advised me on my options and adjusted the cast. The relief was instant! I was in and out within 30 minutes. So grateful. Thankyou

    I have to say it was a pleasure to visit the musculoskeletat team earlier this week, admin staff very helpful indeed, clinician very professional, offered very good advice and future referrals. Well done to a great team. I will be back...no doubt!

    I fell, and though it had not hit the pavement, had a specific pain on a rib; rang 111 next day & was given a time to attend WCH urgent care dep’t. Examined within ½ hr of that by a thorough nurse who gave reassurance & useful advice. I also 2 wks later self-referred (online) to physio – similar helpful physio appointment @ WCH. Thank you.

    Fast, efficient and caring. Over many years I've had a few mishaps, some worse than others and Weymouth triage has always been there for me and patched me up. I can't thank you all enough.

    I received a appointment reminder by text which asked me to attend time and place not shown. Details on a letter which I didn't receive Thought it was Audiology department but they said it was lung team Weymouth .Tried to contact them, no luck. Even given a direct number which turned to be ED Dorchester!So I don't know location or time. So after numerous attempts to phone I give up.Have left messages on answer phone. If they don't reply I will be a no show.

    I brought my elderly father for an appointment at the UTC on a busy Easter bank holiday weekend. The whole process was smooth, efficient and reassuring. The nurse practitioner was kind and thorough - he couldn’t have been nicer. The NHS is going through challenging times and our experience was a true reflection of high quality care.

    Thank you so much to the urgent care staff and the lovely person who carefully took my stitches out today. From reception all the way through, the staff were so kind, so helpful and yet very thorough and professional. Just how the NHS used to be. I couldn’t get a GP appointment, but was so relieved and glad that I went to WCH. Thank you to all. You restored my faith not just in the NHS, but in humanity. Having had some bad experiences recently, I left almost crying with joy that I had been treated so well and with respect.

    A cut on my arm was treated with great skill and attention to detail. The Band 3 Nurse and his trainee Care Assistant were professional, caring and put me entirely at ease with their conversational repartee. Very well done.

    We visited today with my very poorly apprehensive 4 year old daughter. Due to not being able to get a doctors appointment, 111 sent us here. We were seen too in a timely manner. The doctor who saw us was very patient, calm and made myself and child feel at ease. They needed a urine sample and in past hospitals we have been ushered back into the waiting room until we have one. Today he left us in the room, checking on us every so often. He was thorough in his checks and I wasn’t made to feel like I should of waited for a doctors appointment. I would highly recommend this hospital due to the care we received. All three times we have visited (each patient different), we have been well looked after and listened too. Thankyou!
