    Stayed on holiday in a nearby village, needed a routine procedure carried out for 3 days out of the week. All staff were welcoming, friendly and caring at every visit. Appointments were made to fit around my holiday.

    I had to pop into the UTC due to swelling and stiffness in my right knee. I have a history of blood clots and vasculitis so can't take any chances with these sort of symptoms. I was seen initially within minutes on what was a very busy Friday morning. I was then seen by a doctor within 3 hrs for blood tests and a scan. I was very happy with the friendly and helpful service. I had to go to work and was able to leave and get feedback on the phone later on. Very happy.
