No phone number to contact, no opening times available, nothing on the door just closed and locked. Had insoles delivered supposed to be custom which are miles too big, arch is nothing like previous and can't even contact anyone to deal with the problem.

Had my shoe measured well . I was grateful that my shoes will be done quickly. But I got the unfinished shoes by post and I don’t know why they were sent to me without asking me to come in person to be fitted correctly . Please call me and make an appointment as soon as possible. Thanks
