Had my first blood test here, the whole experience was very calm, receptionist was friendly and the person who took my blood was brilliant at keeping me occupied during the blood test. You are brilliant! Thank you all

Attended Victoria hospital today for a blood test , brilliant service and wonderful staff , I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Had appointment. 1230. Turned up early told to wait outside even though there were twenty seats available by rude lady from gp surgery who share same room. Asked if I could take plastic chair outside as have knee problems. Told no. Stood outside with many elderly & some with kids. Lucky weren’t raining. Lovely blood test lady turned up and ushered every one in to sit down &wait. Lady from gp surgery said nothing. Don’t know what her problem was. At least ten people said same. But if we argued with her probably call security. Never gave bad review before to anybody. But dissapointed with her attitude.

Two of us attended for our COVID boosters. Excellent experience from arrival onwards. Brilliantly organised to avoid unnecessary queuing and staff friendly and welcoming. Well done to all!
