Dad was referred as an urgent case in early June and a admin staff came in and met us on 16th June. We have not had a follow-up appointment after that and have highlighted that dad has visa issues and has been detiorating. The receptionist who answered the phone was quite curt and rude to me and then to my wife. I highlighted to her that she was rude and she asked me to complin if I wanted to! - My worry is that not only have we not been serviced coming in as an urgent case, but also no clear time of action has been shared, in addition to been treated as if we are third rate citizens!
