  1. Review titled Impossible to contact

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 13 January 2023

After 47 minutes on hold to the main number I was told I would be transferred to the paedatric dentistry department. After another 1 hour and 59 minutes on hold, my call was cut off. Previous reviews make clear this is a routine rather than unusual experience; please use the time you would normally take to respond defending this appalling service to actually speak to patients and their carers.

I have received a letter asking me to ring and arrange an appointment. Tried numerous times but phone not answered and eventually cuts off. Been on the phone for over 30 minutes each time. Email address bounces.

  3. Review titled Ridiculous call hold times

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 19 October 2022

Was told to call by my own ortho, when I do call I’m always on hold for more than an hour. Unacceptable amount of time to wait just for a 5 min or less chat, never mind a call my own orthodontist told me to make.

  4. Review titled Phone system agony for weeks

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 01 November 2022

In August I had a fitting for splint. It is sitting in the hospital and my next appointment is April 2023! Try to phone for a cancellation every week for months. The phone system either says the hospital is closed - it isn't - or I'm on hold for hours. Have only got through on 2 occasions over the past couple of months.
