The Intermediate Care Team are unbelievable, so helpful, full of advice and practical help and hints on how to manage our current situation. Both my husband (the patient) and I (his carer) feel reassured supported and the guidance we have received has been invaluable. I'm so grateful to have experienced this lifeline from such delightful professionals. A sincere thank you, what a team!
