I had two appointments with different physios. The first was on the telephone which was a waste of time. I was describing everything but the physio couldn’t see which made it difficult. It was supposed to be on zoom but they said it had to be a phone call instead. I was given exercises I couldn’t do whilst waiting for an in person appointment. This was a total waste of everyone’s time and energy. I had hoped for better at the in person appointment but it was just as pointless. I was asked to do certain movements then sent home with a sheet of exercises. The physio didn’t check I was able to do them or whether I was doing them properly. I could not. Many were extremely painful or impossible to do as described. I was told to come back 4 weeks later but have not returned. I saw a private physio through work and that brought instant relief and assistance. Totally different experience and highlighted how pointless the nhs sessions had been. Very sad and frustrating
