Every single member of staff was cheerful and helpful. Everything was explained in advance and the follow-up phonecall was very reassuring.

From the initial meeting with the consultant through the pre op assessment to the actual full knee replacement and after care I could not have received more efficient kinder treatment. Excellent - well done to all staff involved.!!

I attended the Saxon clinic for a routine procedure, on entering the clinic I found all the staff to be polite courteous, open, friendly and very professional. The staff made me feel a valued patient and a person rather than an object or number. They went to a great deal of trouble to explain the procedure fully to me. After the procedure they made sure I knew the result of their findings during the procedure, starting with the doctor and then with the nursing staff. The department also made contact the following day to ensure I was well and not suffering any ill effects from my procedure. I found all the staff to be exemplary and a credit to the NHS. In this present day people are only to willing to moan about the service they receive but not to show appreciation for good service. I not only received good service but it was personal and outstanding.

I don’t know why the nurses from this Clinic never do same day blood test. I need always book appointments on the next week for blood test. And nurses reject do swab test for patients. When I get time for blood test they always late. This place lack of humanity as I beg them I need travel for one hour just for blood test but they reject for any earlier appointment.

GP referral as urgent , 8 weeks on still waiting for appointment, tried calling imagining department , leave message, no one calls back . Shouldn't be offering NHS appointments if they haven't got the capacity, wait just as long for an appointment here and the NHS have to pay for it too!!

I would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff involved with my procedure (gastroscopy) that I had yesterday. Everyone was so pleasant and made me feel so at ease. I have an operation planned for February- I certainly don’t feel so anxious about that one. Well done!

Terrible experience (not including the actual procedure). During the procedure the doctor/surgeon spoke down to me, told me off during an endoscopy (whilst a tube in my throat and I have no control over what’s happening). As an NHS worker, I was actually in shock people get treated like that by other professionals especially in such a vulnerable position. I was upset for days after and have thought many days about whether I should or shouldn’t post this. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone after this interaction. The nursing staff and reception staff were amazing though.

The nurse’s attitude is a shame of this occupation. The doctor proscribed me an oral swab test for bacterial culture test but the nurse on that day rejected to do a swab for me. She asks me to swab by myself. How can I get a proper sample? Also, she put me in a very late time slot. I came on Friday and she book me in for the week after Wednesday. The thing is there are many free time slots before Wednesday. So finally I asked her to book me in on Monday. The nurse I talk to was very lazy and layback attitude. Not feeling well treated after met this nurse. On the day I came for swab test. The test was not mentioned by nurse. They didn’t even put my proscription in their folder. So I had to wait half an hour during they checked what test was being proscribed. Finally, I was told I need to contact the doctor again for another prescription cause they don’t have a record of this. So disappointed I Hope this situation can improve. I didn’t eat breakfast for the test until 10:40 and finally, get nothing done. But on the booking system no online trace for any test being booked? After a week I call back for the result, I had been told by the reception I need call the doctor's Secretary to get a copy of my result. It just made the procedure not convenient for patients and also I can feel staff work there are not willing to help if you got any problems or concerns.
