Colonoscopy got cancelled twice on the day due to system issues. Considering the preparation it takes (i.e. taking laxative, taking days off etc) this is unacceptable. Surely medical equipment should be more reliable.

Reception staff always pleasant and helpful, all the GP's I have dealt with either on the phone or face to face have been excellent. Usually manage to get an appointment within a few days either at Old Cottage or Fitznells. Overall very pleased with the care we receive as a family from the old cottage hospital.

I recently had a medical procedure at the cottage hospital I found all nursing staff very friendly and professional and caring My procedure was started within 10 minutes of arriving so thanks and praises to them
