Lovely staff who made me feel at ease and super welcomed. I was shown to my clean comfortable room to wait for surgery, and a lovely lady came round to take my food and drink order post op. The food was good and the tea was spot on! I was referred and had a date for my surgery super quick. I actually went back in April for my second surgery and the treatment was just as good. Thank you NHS and thank you to everyone at the Hospital, keep up the great work!

From my first appointment with the Reading Shoulder Clinic, to my surgery, discharge and after care, the care and attention i received was faultless. I started as a private patient but was referred to the NHS when i heard the cost of my reverse shoulder replacement operation. I was treated thoughtfully and efficiently by a team of dedicated professionals, in a facility which was spotless and very well run. i have no criticism at all
