Booking in was easy and I was taken to my room. From there two of the female staff looked after me. The treatment went smoothly and was done with care. My thanks to all therefore looking after me

I have tried to speak to someone regarding a potential treatment, 20 minutes and holding!!! I can get through to my NHS surgery quicker, this is supposed to be a private and superior service...I am not filled with confidence to pay for service I might not get. 22 Minutes and waiting. Will try BUPA

We came to emergency area in Beaumont hospital because a screen fall out in the head of my girlfriend and the doctor decide to make a blood test, which take more than 7 hours to be done. After that they realised they have to do a A C Twhich is clear the first option when you get this kind of situation. Is been more than 3 hours and we still waiting for that. When we asked the nurse if everything is ok she just said laughing on us “you are not on holidays” which kind of professionalism is that???? All this time provoked to my girlfriend a big painful and nausea which could be unnecessary if they did at the beginning the A C T and not the blood test. This is not a restaurant that the food can be better or the service, we are talking about health, and this should be a priority. Is been one of the worst experiences in my live being in a hospital.

Attended for a full hysterectomy and ovaries and fallopian tubes removed. The staff was amazing! Especially the nurses and consultant. Nothing was too much trouble. The consultant was excellent in explaining my procedure and the pain management afterwards. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone needing a gynaecologist.

Everyone was so kind and put me at ease. I was looked after very well. The receptionist, porter, nursing staff, anaesthetist and surgeon were excellent and very friendly. Everything was explained very clearly to me. I was very impressed with the whole team. The food was good too.

I came in has a day patient they couldn't do enough forme made me feel relaxed and at ease staff where all pleasant and helpful food and drink after operation lovly

Had a consultation and ct scan with balloon sinuplasty in mind(recommended by a previous ENT consultant in letter)Received the price for procedure in which I agreed with in conversation with patient liaison officer.I was not contacted again for dates fo follow up appointments or dates for procedure, after chasing and numerous phone calls I hit a brick wall,not one person has tried to contact me since. Both consultation and ct scan was paid for by myself as I was desperate for some relief from chronic issues. I feel so cheated and perplexed by this experience,my mental health is also at a all time low because of this experience.

Attended Beumont Hosspital for hernia operation on 23rd Dec feeling very apprehensive.Can not thank each and everyone of the staff from reception,porter,nursing staff,doctor,surgeon for making me feel at ease before and after the operation.A sincere thankyou to each and everyone particularly one of the nursing staff whose name i can not mention,but she will know who she is for making me feel at ease.And a thankyou to the nurse for the call to my home the following morning to ask how i was. Thanks once again to one and all for a brilliant service.

I referred to The Beaumont Hospital Orthopaedic with a badly damaged Achilles tendon. Unfortunately this was already some 6 weeks after the original accident and I was not in a 'good place' physically or mentally. I can only express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the treatment that followed - from an understanding and encouraging reception to practical help and advice and this continued with subsequent visits and subsequent physiotherapy. The "treatment" was from experts, very professional but at every level it was understanding, friendly and felt personalised - for me it seemed to be a case of "We can help you get better, and you are able to achieve that". Obviously, progress has been good so far, and I have 'aftercare advice' with an encouragement to ask for help if I feel I need it. My GP has been kept fully informed. I feel I could not have had better treatment. Thank you again to all concerned.
