I arrived in extreme difficulty and within seconds the triage nurse saw my problem and Ran!! for a wheelchair!!! From then on, everyone from the Receptionist through Triage to the Nurse Practitioner treated this 98 year old with the utmost care. I cannot thank them enough!!!! Bernard Wayne

We attended on August Bank Holiday my daughter who had an injury. Check In with a kind and patient receptionist was speedy. We waited 10 minutes (if that) to be triaged with again, A kind and professional nurse. Waited again maybe only 5 minutes to be seen by a nurse practitioner that did a thorough examination and recommended a course of treatment/action. Quick, kind and professional team. Thank you all.

I brought my 5 year old son in after he sustained a head injury as well as cuts and scrapes all over his body, after he fell from his scooter. I just want to say how incredible the health care assistant and the nurse who treated him were. Their efficiency and kindness was astounding. Thank you so much, all of you, for what you do each day. X

Thank you for sharing your experience at Stratton Minor Injuries. It sounds like your son had had a traumatic experience and I am pleased you were able to access care at one of our hospitals. Feedback from patients and carers allows us to see what is working well and what improvements could be made to ensure people have a positive experience at a time that can cause so much anxiety and stress to a family. I arrived at the orthopaedic clinic early and I was seen straight away by a consultant. The consultant was brilliant, they didn't rush and they explained everything really well. I would like to say a general thank you to the nurse and consultant who were helpful and pleasant throughout. There are no improvements to be made.

Whilst on holidays in the area I had to seek medical attention. First port of call was the medical centre next door to Stratton Hospital. Having completed a medical form at the medical centre I was informed that as the camp site we were staying at (9 miles down the road) was out of their area so they couldn't help and suggested I attend a hospital 30mls away. Not happy with the outcome my husband asked if the medical staff at Stratton hospital could see me - they did not hesitate. From the receptionist to the nurses on the evening shift - I am so grateful for the kindness shown, medical treatment and professional manner in which you dealt with me - and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
