I was very apprehensive as I wasn't sure how many tests I was having, but I was so well looked after everything was explained well and I had a nurse with all the time.

Visited the Greenwood Day Treatment Unit and have no idea what was being said and what is happening next. The specialist even took his mask off when talking to me. Nurses were amazing though.

Having visited the department for what was a concerning and personal procedure, I cannot speak more highly of the staff in the Greenwood day ward. The utmost respect and care was maintained at all times, also with a smile and hint of humour, which was welcome, but utmost professionalism at all times.

Visited today to try and get a blood test done. What a shambles. Scores of people in the waiting room and outside, only the people outside were ignoring the instructions on the door and taking tickets before they got inside. I gave up in the end so the important blood test my gp wanted will now have to wait at least a week. Please sort this mess out.

Professional and speedy (very), you could sense the pride and knowledge with which the staff operate in delivering an outstanding service. Had been bothered by my condition for a couple of years that was not totally been sorted out, but within a few days after referral had all the necessary tests and results and a plan forward, thankfully got my life back, sounds dramatic but that’s what it feels like. Thank you
