I experienced excellent service today, I had two investigations and saw the doctor twice, all in 40 minutes. Everyone I met was friendly, helpful and caring. Thank you

I was referred under the 2-week rule and I took a full day off assuming things might take a while. I could not have been more wrong. My appointment was 9.30am and by 10am, I had seen a specialist, had an examination, been for a mammogram and got my results. Thank you everyone.

I have been having my bladder cancer treatment at the Oak unit and I have to say how wonderful all the nurses and HCA’s are. They are caring, gentle and take time to talk to you and get to know you. I cannot fault the care I have received by these amazing people

I was thrilled to have my blood taken recently at St Margaret's, the service was excellent. I waited only a minute and it didn't hurt- I was so relieved and happy, thank you so very very much.

Very very frustrating, had an urgent MRI on my brain. Was told I’d hear the results in no more than 10 days. 3 weeks later I’m still trying to get through to my neurologist, constantly fobbed off to an empty mail box. Holding for hours on end and getting nowhere, very stressful and upsetting experience.

Booked on line for blood tests. Earliest a week away. Despite checking wrong tests done so 2 weeks wasted. The whole electronic blood test form system is lacking. Not the first time this has gone wrong.
