Review titled Amazing performance
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by David Stamp - Posted on 28 July 2023
I was admitted to the CCU having suffered chest pains on and off for 12 hours. Within 50 minutes I had received treatment to address the issue (through angiogram and angioplasty. The medication and treatment I received resulted in all residual pain having disappeared by the following lunchtime. The nursing staff were incredible. Ever efficient, compassionate and always attentive. Their subtle use of humour helped ease the tension of the situation. My medication and recuperation schedule was clearly explained. I cannot think of a single thing that could have been done better

Review titled Shocking treatment
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 14 June 2023
We visited paeds A&E and spent 9 days on Dolphin ward for my baby to have no treatment or diagnosis. Only after discharge another hospital diagnosed using the scans. It took days upon days to get tests they deemed relevant as they didn’t have the right staff members working, one department has only 2-3 people capable of reading test results for kids and all of them were on annual leave at the same time. It seems the nhs can’t help over bank holidays or half term. Some staff were rude and judgemental and gave wrong information about caring for my baby (e.g. how to safely make formula). Saw a different Dr every day and nobody communicated to each other so I had to update each new dr every time.
