    Not sure if this is the right place to give this feedback, but your accessible toilet to the left inside of the entrance to the imaging/xray building is not accessible for those with mobility disabilities because the sink to the left of the toilet (there are two sinks?!) severely obstructs use of the toilet particularly for users who need the side rail. Your building maintenance team should remove this second sink to make the toilet accessible.

    My partner was seen in the GP hub, after injuring himself slipping on ice. The Doctor was totally professional, and caring, with a sense of humour! I’m aware that people are only too happy to complain about the NHS, but the service received today was exemplary. The only complaint I have is about private parking companies, commissioned by the NHS, making a fortune out of other’s misfortunes.

    All three ladies were extremely warm friendly and caring, having never been through this machine before I was nervous but the ladies put me at ease. I didnt even know this hospital or their hub service existed! Thank you ladies for your kindness.

    The NHS webpage for Purley Hospital Phlebotomy service quite clearly states that it is a walk in service with a ticket system in place. This is untrue .You have to make a phone call to book on 0208 401 3028.This number is based at Mayday hospital and no one at Purley hospital can assist / It is impossible to get an appointment (and there is no priority system) as the phone simply is not answered. No one seems to care about this and no one can provide any way out. The system is broken .The staff are great but what use are they when faux management practices make patient access impossible.

    The man at reception was so lovely and explained how to book myself in. The doctor who saw in the the GP hub was so nice and thorough. She directed me appropriately All on a Sunday no less! Definitely recommend Purely War Memorial hospital!

    The worst experience I ever had from the dermatology clinic I rang and informed that my appointment Iwill be 5mts late.The receptionist was so rude and said their number has been changed. How are the normal patients supposed to know without informing the number changed. She was insulting in the way by saying to me that NHS is FREE.what does she mean by that how could she say that to working people who regularly pay their tax. Doctors can make us wait for how much they like and this is the treatment you get from the staff and doctors .it was only a dematology clinic and not an emergency service . Please train staff to respect the public

    Attended the breast screening service at Purley hospital. My appointment was at 3 but they saw me early. Great staff, polite and made me feel very at ease. The lady doing the screening was so helpful and the test was over in minutes. Thank you

    My unwell one year old grandson was taken by his mother to the walk-in department on a Sunday at 2 pm, having spent £5 for parking, to be told it was appointments only and to come back at 4.50! This was not mentioned on the website which clearly states appointments or walk-in. She went back and was given a prescription for antibiotics and waited in their on-site pharmacy for half an hour. She was then told they didn't have those antibiotics in stock. She then had to find a pharmacy that did have them in stock. She had her 3 year old with her throughout all this. She had driven up from Horsham to Croydon because there was nothing open there and 111 didn't answer the phone. I looked after the 3 year old while she went the first time but they went the second time on the way back to Horsham. This was a very stressful time for my daughter who was just needing a doctor to see her little boy. I can't understand why they couldn't have squeezed him in given the circumstances. I have been a medical receptionist and I would have done everything possible to get him seen when he first arrived. My previous review has been one of excellence but my estimation of the hospital has now diminished to 'poor' because of this.

    I went to have some blood work done. I was blown away at how professional, quick, helpful, kind and skilled my phlebotomist was. I wish I could name them. I walked in terrified, stressed and ready to pass out - and walked out feeling that maybe I would be okay after all. True hero. Thank you. So much.

    Possibly the greatest phlebotomist on the planet seen her twice recently friendly professional and helpful...And thank jezus they've now got a booking system! Why didn't the GP tell me!
