I had to attend the UTC today and was very impressed. All staff were kind and caring. I was dealt with efficiently and there was no long wait. Very impressed

I arrived for my appointment on the day I had scheduled with the physio In the previous session. I was given no email, text or written confirmation of this but I put it in my diary straight away before leaving. So I arrive for the appointment which we had agreed, waited for 40 minutes only to be told by another physio that my appointment is not today and is tomorrow, and basically made to feel like I have got the incorrect date, when I had written down the date on my phone before even leaving the previous session. So I wasted petrol, money for parking and my own time at the fault of being booked on an incorrect date. The booking system needs to be reviewed and patients need physical confirmation of their appointments, as funnily enough ,another patient in the waiting area said to me that they had the exact same issue in their last appointment.

Woke yo to find my wife who suffers with Altzheimers had sustained a 4 inch laceration on one leg. A neighbour advised us to go to Petersfield as we were likely to get treatment quickly. This indeed happened, we waited only 7 minutes before two lovely nurses attended the injury. They were sympathetic and professional - I cannot thank them enough.

What a really nice clinic. All the staff were so nice, even though they were under so much pressure. There was such a long waiting time 4-5 hours plus. Thank you all so much, you are all stars. You all deserve a massive pay rise.

Surprised to see so many people in the waiting room but all the staff were very efficient in handling the workload under pressure, they were always courteous and helpfull and a real asset to the NHS.

i was the first person in the clinic with a possible broken hand/wrist and from the lady at reception on, everyone was extremely caring and kind, especially the nurse with a Norwegian mother and Emily. Many thanks to both of you for taking exceptional care of me.

I attended the unit having injured my knee. I was assessed by a triage nurse within 15 mins and within an hour was examined by a nurse (SM) who was very thorough in her examination. I felt that my injury was seen as important, I was listened too and following an X-ray I was discharged with relevant advice. All this took place within a two hour window. I was most satisfied with the overall service I received and wish to convey my thanks to the hard working staff.

In and out including an X-ray within the hour! The male paediatric nurse dealing with my daughter was so lovely and my daughter said he was funny- and put us at ease, many thanks.

I would like to thank the Petersfield Walk In Centre and particularly the Male Paediatric Nurse Practitioner (sorry I didn't get your name) for the fantastic way he dealt with my Granddaughter today. His bedside manner was fantastic and his comprehensive review of her head injury symptoms filled me with confidence that we were receiving the best service. A true professional. Thank you from a very grateful 'Nana'
