  1. Review titled Unprofessional and disappointing

Rated 1 star out of 5

Unfortunately the experience we’ve had was very disappointing. We were expecting to see a urologist as the word cancer was mentioned. The nurse in charge was disturbingly loud; she introduced herself by her first name; didn’t mention what she does; acted as if she was the consultant yet could not answer our basic questions or gave unprofessional answers e.g ‘Why would you need to see a Dr for?”. While examining the 74 years old man, she continued to address him with: ’Sweety pea, my darling, my love…etc’. The nurse urgently needs further training.

  2. Review titled excellent service and inter-personal skills

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I came in for a flow test on 12/3/2024 at Paignton urology hospital at 10.00am . The young nurse who dealt with my case was one of the most helpful, informative, and skilled practitioners that I have ever encountered. She went out of her way to explain the various options available to me and talked me through these options. She was extremely personable but also highly professional. I would recommend her unreservedly and wanted to express just how impressed I was with the service and specifically with her skill set.
