I booked a blood test that I had already had to wait three weeks for, turned up at Orsett Hospital early for my appointment, sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes before someone came out and said if you was already booked in via them then they would not be doing the blood test! Myself and several others explained we had booked blood tests but they just didn’t care, and the women said they were too busy and too many appointments have been booked in for them and they wanted to go home on time! No care given at all about what the appointment was for!!! I now have to wait until the 26th July for the next appointment I could be due just waiting for the appointment!

I went there today after smashing my thumb with a hammer The Staff were very friendly and explained everything from start to finish I walked in at 1:20pm and walked out at 2:40 after having treatment including X-ray Thanks very much to all involved Unfortunately I have 3 fractures in my thumb
