  1. Review titled Parking…

Rated 4 stars out of 5

Just a polite suggestion. The parking ticket machine is cash only and needs to be updated/replaced with one that either takes cards or is connected to a parking app, e.g. RingGo. Preferably both. Thank you.

  2. Review titled No apology

    by moonpt69 - Posted on 21 October 2022

I drove from Torquay to Okehampton Community Hospital for my 11.45am appointment. I had received several emails to remind me to attend. On arrival at the main desk I was informed by the receptionist that no one from the Urology Department had arrived that day. The receptionist explained that I was not the first patient this had happened to and that they had been trying to contact staff from the department all morning to see what was happening and to cancel patient appointments but they hadn't been able to get an answer or contact anyone. I returned home expecting to hear from them but nothing, no further appointment and no apology.

  3. Review titled Unfriendly

Rated 2 stars out of 5

I had an ultrasound scan on 25/10/2022 and was made to feel very uncomfortable. First of all there was inadequate partition, so it didn’t feel very private. I was asked to drink a lot of fluid an hour before, but that was useless as the scan wasn’t adequate enough, so what was the point of that?! The staff that did an invasive scan looked like they didn’t want me there and I was an inconvenience to them. I left the hospital feeling embarrassed and very unhappy. To be honest, I wouldn’t expect anything else from NHS.
