   No communication throughout the whole shambolic affair had to chase them all the time for my operation date only to have cancelled just before entering the theatre door never again

   All staff very friendly. Place was nice and clean. All staff seemed very relaxed and not under any kind of pressure and answered all questions asked of them. All in all a very nice experience.

   I had my spinal op in June and cannot speak highly enough of the staff from the secretaries through to the surgeon. I was carefully looked after and encouraged over the couple of days I was in New Hall. The physiotherapists were amazing and very diligent. Thank you so much to everyone who were involved in my care.
