Attended this hospital on the 3rd January on a referral from The Moorfields - Croydon Branch.Was met by a lady at Reception in Vitreo Retinal department who efficiently dealt with the paperwork. In the time that I was there I was dealt with utter professionalism and courtesy. Excellent treatment, can’t fault anything. Whole process explained very well, post surgery care was brilliant. Many thanks to all staff involved.

Dad recently had a partial corneal graft operation. His care was impeccable - timely, efficient, courteous and caring throughout. The team fully appreciated his coexisting mild dementia and unsteadiness and did everything needed to personalise his care. Many thanks indeed - his sight has now returned and his independence is increasing daily. We are indebted.

I was diagnosed by a doctor at The William Harvey Hospital ( Ashford ), as having a partial detached retina , time 19.00 15th August. I was referred to Moorfields Eye Hospital. My appointment time 09.00 16th August. I underwent surgery at 15.00 on the same day. How amazing is that ? Within 18 hours I had been diagnosed and operated on by the NHS. I was finally discharged while attending Moorfields as an out-patient on 30th August. Thank you to a fully professional team consisting of security personnel , receptionists , nurses , doctors , the surgeon and all of the other support staff

I have been waiting for an appointment for about 6 months after my optician found something that looked suspicious. Once Moorfields Ealing referrer me to Moorfields City road, my experience has only been excellent. The admin ladies at the ultrasound department are extremely polite and helpful and managed to book me in very quickly. All the stuff are so kind and professional. I can only say a big well done, as my overall experience from hospitals in London had never been positive until today. Impressed by Moorfields!

I was treated politely and professionally by the full medical team. What a well organised system! The doctor put me at ease, answered my questions and performed a thorough eye test. I left with confidence that I had been well looked after and with an understanding of the medical issue.

I attended Moorefield's A&E on Tuesday 14/06/2022 @ 18.00 and found all the staff to be extremely kind ,compassionate and professional. My experience exceeded my expectations and would like my thanks and appreciation passed on to the staff on duty

My 66th birthday today, and the best present ever, was given at Moorfields Eye Hospital yesterday, when they told me that they managed to save my right eye, and the vision will improve over the next couple of month, so a massive thank you to all those in Moorfields at City Road London, you will always be my Heroes.

From being booked in to being seen Moorfields has a very efficient set up. The staff are friendly and helpful and I felt reassured by my visit.
