    After my daughter was referred from accident and emergency to ENT department, the service in ENT was so professional, the staff were kind friendly engaging and informative from the hcas to the consultant could not fault it. Well done excellent service .

    After attending A and E was advised a bed on a ward was required. Spent first two nights on a trolley in the corridor outside childrens emergency department.the corridors were full of adults waiting for beds on a ward.There was no privacy, parents with sick children passing all the time.most of the staff were doing their best in over crowded and very hot conditions.Medway Maritime hospital needs to be expanded to cope with the increase in the population due to the extensive house building in the last few years. How the staff manage on a daily basis to work in these conditions is amazing and I applaud them

    Visited the x-ray department and was treated very well by all staff. Everyone was friendly, knowledgable and professional. Did not have to wait long and was very impressed by the whole process.

    I been for my son which he had tonsils again and to check him for antibodies and to confirm it, I was waiting for my toddler 5 hours to have a check and in meantime he had a high temperature and I told to the receptionist can you check please his temperature and she told me is nobody here we are short staff. Once the Dr. See us the temperature it was 39.5 and he told me why you don’t ask from the reception to give you something for the fever and I told him I have ask and they was rude to me and he said I am sorry for that next time take with you people to have it with you otherwise they leave you there without anything. Probably you will need some evaluation.

    I took my Dad to the A&E 1st December. He ended up in Brontë ward. We can't thank all the staff for looking after him. He would have died if it wasn't for them.

  6. Review titled The most phenomenal, kind, caring experience

    I was struck down with covid triggering arrhythmic cardiac failure and rushed via 111, sirens on, into A&E. My heart rate was 175-200 bpm. Mark, the paramedic, assured me I was safe and that everything would be ok and helped me to contact my daughter (next of kin). He was just so calm and reassuring that I stopped worrying immediately. I had the most phenomenal, kind, caring experience throughout MM hospital.

    I was really happy with the care I received when I had my operation on the 12th December 2023. I was well looked after before during and after my surgery. I think you all do a great job and Thankyou so much.

    Absolutely 1st class experience from the whole team in my experience from the beginning to end of treatment. Cannot speak highly enough of everyone that dealt with me. I hope my experience continues in the future.

    My daughter has been in a & e for 3 days in a corridor having to use dirty toilets. She will not complain as not in her nature but how do the people in charge sleep at night as she is unable or wash shame on you

    A family member was on end of life care a few days ago and the care he received from the staff on Milton was second to none! They were attentive and caring. Keeping my family member comfortable, clean and well looked after- we as family were shown support and any questions we had were answered with truth and care. We really appreciate everything!
